Basic Unit comes complete with 4 character display, two buttons, wheel and machine sensors and magnets. Simple input sequence to store the Wheel Circumference and Machine Working Width. This data is stored permanently until a change is required even on power down. The magnet is fitted to the wheel or prop shaft, and sensor to the chassis within 20mm.
Every rotation of the wheel counts as the magnet passes the sensor. This adds a single area measurement to the display.There is a second input cable which can be fitted to the implement. On operation this disables the area count on headlands but continues to allow the speed to be displayed. The information stored is as accurate as any calculator, and easily the cheapest method of keeping field and machine records.
